Dear Cypress Chase D Homeowners,
It is no secret between the weather and other past events including but not limited to the increasing cost of insurance, Associations are undergoing challenging times.
That said, Cypress Chase D is moving forward on many projects to stay ahead of the necessary repairs that must be accomplished to maintain our homes.
The state of Florida, along with the insurance industry’s compliance requirement for roofing and other structural repairs is at an all time high and we must meet that demand. So, in compliance with those requests and many other our neighbors have asked for including but not limited to elevators, sprinklers, building water remediation, the Association is compiling a comprehensive list to accomplish which will result in a special assessment soon.
While we cannot answer specifics at this time, we are putting together the information to bring it to you as soon as we have it.
