1. INSURANCE ADJUSTER-JEFFREY LINDSAY from the Citizens Claims Department continues investigating the claims. They will be contacting the Board of Directors upon completion of the investigation.
2. Elevator in Building 7-2650 continues to be OUT OF ORDER. The President, Ms. Martha Adams, has provided lead teams for the door boards needed in two elevators, building 2650 and 2601. The door boards have been ordered, and we are pending tracking information from TKE factory.
(The Inspections are not included in our WARRANTY and must be paid by the Association).
3. FIRE & SAFETY ALARM – PYE-BARKER – Is currently preparing a quote for our New Fire & Safety System. Labor& Materials for Required Fire Alarm Repairs: BLDG 2600
*Replace (@)fire hose valves that do not hold pressure when shut.
* BLDG 2650- Repair standpipe leaking from 4″ coupling on 2″floor stairs * Repair leaking 4″ plug understairs.
* Replace 4″ floor 2.5 fire o s e valve on roof manifold.
* Replace (5) missing brass male adapters with caps on roof manifold valves — total Cost $7,100.00.
4. POOL – The pool pump warranty was denied because FLOODS are not covered; therefore, we are required to purchase a NEW pump. The pool is open, and we are waiting for the service department to place the heater. The part is on our compound.
