Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups of flour
  • 15 ml of sugar
  • 5 ml of salt
  • 5 ml instant yeast or a pouch
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  • Add water and mix with a spoon to form the dough.
  • Drop the dough on the work surface and begin to knead. You must flour your surface and the dough for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Put your dough in the bowl with a few drops of oil. Cover it with a humid cloth or a film for 60-90 minutes. It should double in volume during this period.
  • On your work surface, knead to form your dough and put it in a bread mold.
  • Let it rest for 60-90 minutes.
  • Put your bread in the oven and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
