Re: Fire & Safety Annual Inspection

This notice is to advise the Association of our Annual Fire & Safety Inspection done on March 24, 2023

VIOLATIONS

  1. The sprinkler system is in need of service repair(s). The repair date has already been scheduled for March 28, 2023. Homeowners, please make note, the water will be off during the AM for two hours.
  2. Homeowner’s, extension cord(s) cannot replace permanent electrical wiring. Therefore, we must remove the three-way plug on the second floor of the 2601 laundry room.
  3. Exit Signs and Lighting must be serviced.
    On March 9, 2023, a major fire occurred on our property. By now, everyone should have heard of this incident. The CHIEF of Lauderdale Lakes Fire Department and many other officers were present at the time, raised concerns about our OUTDATED EQUIPMENT AND MANDATED US TO UPGRADE BY FLORIDA NEW FIRE AND SAFETY STANDARDS, as a result, ALL UNITS MUST BE INSPECTED AND SIGNED OFF FOR 2023.

Also, homeowner’s kitchen electrical panels must be changed to the NEW Florida Standards.
