The exterminator will be available on the first Wednesday of each month.
Each unit will be sprayed 2x a year at no cost to the
homeowner. If you want additional spraying, it will cost $35.00 per visit- payable by the Unit owner.
To schedule the spraying of your unit, please go to the Office in the Clubhouse and put your name, unit number, and phone number on the sign-up sheet or email: cypressvpres@gmail.com.
